Recovery dollars boost tribal water projects

Humane Society: IHOP’s eggs aren’t ‘cruelty free’

Devils Tower burn restrictions lifted

Open burning restrictions that have been in place at Devils Tower National Monument since Aug. 3 have been lifted. Fire danger levels have dropped with cooler temperatures and more moisture. This move coincides with the decision by Crook County, Wyoming, to lift its open burning ban.

Arts council gets grant

The South Dakota Nonprofit Enhancement Project announced that the Rapid City Arts Council at the Dahl Arts Center had been awarded a $7,500 grant to assist with strategic planning for its board of directors and staff. The grant was presented through the project’s capacity building grant program.
