UPDATE: SUSPECT ARRESTED ON WARRANT, DONALD SYKES. MAN SUSPECTED OF PIMPING IS CATRAYEL LOVE. 43. Fresno County Sheriff's detectives and MAGEC officers, consisting of multiple agencies including Fresno Police, filled a southwest Fresno neighborhood Thursday morning for an investigation into human trafficking. Two people were arrested on various allegations. The multi-agency investigation spans three months.
